High-Efficiency Fixtures Save on Water Bills

Lower water volume toilets save about 50% of the water used by older toilets. Tankless water heaters save on electricity.  The biggest water saver that we provide is the Comfort System for hot water.  

The comfort system keeps water at approximately 100 degrees at all times in the trunk line and to as many as three faucets, and allows hotter water to get to fixtures faster.  This saves a tremendous amount of water as one no longer has to wait for all the cold water to be removed from the pipes, as the hot water pushes it through.  The average household wastes 12,000 gallons per year waiting for hot water to get to the point of use.
